2nd Bedroom: 2 singles

3rd bedroom: 2 Queens


**Number of Guest cannot exceed number of beds.**



AMENITIES:

 LAYOUT:

The units are totally independent from one another, with the exception of the shared laundry room.

Downstairs- living area and kitchen.

Upstairs- bedrooms and bathroom.


LINENS: Beds are made with comforters and pillows.  

 **PLEASE DO NOT TAKE COMFORTERS OUT ON THE BEACH** 



KITCHENS:

Microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, toaster, blender, most all of your basic kitchen needs.


GRILLS:

Propane grill in the back yard.  

Charcoal grill in the front yard.

Renters are responsible to replenish charcoal and propane.


LAUNDRY ROOM:

Onsite laundry room is shared with both sides of the duplex.


WIRELESS INTERNET AND BASIC CABLE ARE PROVIDED.


Please be respectful of your neighbors in the other side of the house.  

They could end up being your future best friends!
